दाखिले के साथ बनेगा वोटर कार्ड

चंडीगढ़, जागरण ब्यूरो : हरियाणा में शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में दाखिले के साथ ही अब 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के छात्र स्वयं को मतदाता के रूप में पंजीकृत करवा सकेंगे, क्योंकि शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में दाखिला फार्म के साथ फार्म संख्या 6 प्रदान करना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी सुमिता मिश्रा ने सभी उपायुक्तों से आग्रह किया कि योजना के प्रचार के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएं। मतदाता सूचियों में अपने नाम पंजीकृत करवाने के लिए युवाओं को प्रेरित करने के लिए राजकीय और निजी वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों, तकनीकी संस्थानों और विश्वविद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य के साथ एक बैठक का आयोजन किया जाए। फार्म संख्या 6 उन्हें पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध करवाए जाएं। उन्हें यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए भी कहा गया है कि 18 वर्ष से अधिक की आयु के प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को दाखिला फार्म के साथ अनिवार्य फार्म 6 प्रदान किया जाए। उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि मैट्रिक स्तर से ऊपर के प्रत्येक स्कूल, महाविद्यालय, संस्थान और तकनीकी और गैर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालयों में ताला लगे संदूक रखे जाएं। स्कूल, महाविद्यालय, संस्थान के प्रभारी के साथ परामर्श करके तिमाही पूरा होने पर एक अध्यापक या कर्मचारी को महीने के अंत में ड्राप बाक्स में पड़े आवेदन पत्रों को एकत्रित करने के लिये पदनामित किया जाये। उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालयों के उप कुलपति व रजिस्ट्रार को भी इस आशय का पत्र लिखा है।

यूनीक आइडेंटिटी नंबर से होगी ज्वाइनिंग

हरियाणा  सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त साइंस, गणित और डीपीई अध्यापकों को मुख्यालय से यूनीक आइडेंटिटी नंबर लेना होगा। इसके बाद ही उनकी ज्वाइनिंग हो सकेगी। यदि किसी अध्यापक के पास विभाग द्वारा जारी किया गया नंबर नहीं होगा तो वह अलाट केंद्र पर ज्वाइन नहीं कर पाएगा। इस संबंध में विभाग ने सभी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों को निर्देश जारी कर दिए हैं।

शिक्षा विभाग के डायरेक्टर ने हरियाणा के सभी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों को निर्देशों में कहा है कि विभाग द्वारा बनाई पॉलिसी के तहत नवनियुक्त साइंस मास्टर, मैथ मास्टर  और डीपीई के लिए चयनित उम्मीदवारों को कर्मचारी पहचान नंबर मिलने के बाद ही ज्वाइन करवाएं। यदि किसी मास्टर के पास यह पहचान पत्र नहीं है, तो वह पहले विभाग के पंचकूला स्थित मुख्यालय से यह नंबर लेगा। इसके बाद ही उसे पोस्टिंग दी जा सकेगी।
